But there was also what he knew she would want; for her family to be taken care of. When the call went out for volunteers,he took one hesitant step forward, unsure. It was then that he felt a hand on his shoulder, and turned to see a tall blonde boy with shining blue eyes, whom Gale recognized as the Baker’s son: “He’ll protect her. Trust me.” the boy paused, looking up at the platform. “He’ll do anything for her”.
